How many meters is the farthest the Swift800 can transmit in the open area? Is it capable of transmitting up to 200 meters at a distance of about 0.5 meters from the ground?
Answer: 1. In an open and unobstructed environment, the Swift800 can transmit up to 200-250 meters. Besides, the antennas of the transmitter and receiver need to be adjusted to a 90° angle; and they should be set up at an altitude of 1.5-2 m from the ground. 2. The default bit rate is 15M. If the transmission distance of 200m is reached closer to the ground, the bit rate needs to be set to 4-6M.
When using 2 sets of Swift800 products at the same time, there is a problem that the screen often spends no signal.
Answer: 1. When two sets of receivers are placed together, it is recommended to set one at CH5 and the other one set at CH9; 2. The two sets of receivers are spaced more than 2 meters apart; 3. The transmitter is set up at the head or handle of the SLR or camera, about 1.5-2 meters from the ground, the antenna is at a 90° angle, and the photographer’s body does not cover the antenna; 4. Set up the receiver on a tripod at a height of 2 meters from the ground with the antenna at a 90° angle.
Swift800 has no sound output.
Answer: Check to make sure the transmitter has switched to external audio mode. If so, please switch back to the internal audio mode.

Answer: 1. The transmitter and receiver should be set as high as possible, to more than 1.5-2 meters; 2. The antenna should be fan-shaped, with the antenna facing forward for best transmission; 3. The receiver should be moved closer to the transmitter; 4. The obstruction between the receiver and transmitter should be reduced.
